Introducing Landaff Cheese made just up the road in
Landaff, New Hampshire by Doug and Debby Erb at the
Landaff Creamery.
Landaff Cheese is a farmstead cheese in the Welsh
tradition using a recipe from Somerset, England.
These cheeses were aged in caves providing just the right
environment for ripening. Landaff Cheese is aged in the
cellars at Jasper Hill Farm in Greensboro, VT, who have
developed their cellars based on a French model.
Each handmade batch of Landaff Cheese is completely unique
and unrepeatable. A farmstead cheese is distinctive to the farm, the cheese
makers, and the cows that produce the milk. Each batch is a special, one-of-a-kind sensory
experience.
Comes in approximate 1 pound pieces.
